Sometime while I was sleeping last night, Once You Go Asian reached 25,000 visits! And this was in just slightly over two months! Now, considering that my other blog, Auto-Gratification, has been online for over nine months and does not even have half the number of visits that this blog has (in spite of very similar layouts, post styles, and of course the same author), I think it is safe to say that my initial contention that the blogosphere was sadly lacking in sites that appreciated the beauty of Asian men was definitely correct. So I am pleased that this blog has done some good in filling that void.
I am still somewhat finding my "footing" with this blog, attempting to figure out what direction I want to take it. You have likely noticed that I seldom put nude pictures here, and probably only once or twice have ever put any pictures of explicit sexual activity. Instead, I have tended more toward the erotic-artistic pictures. I am not sure if this is good, bad, or indifferent. I believe that beauty can be appreciated with or without clothing, but I also know that many read this blog when they are in locations where explicit pictures would be awkward or inappropriate. I am working on a major restructuring/redesign of this blog that I hope to finish in the next couple weeks, and when that is done, it will include categories that will clearly distinguish between the artistic and the sexual. I will almost certainly keep the front page tame, but the category assignments will enable me to include some posts that are a bit more "saucy" (as Bree Hodge might say). I am also going to do some extensive updating on my links lists and some other things that I will leave for you to anticipate.
So, thanks to everyone for a great start to this blog! Though I don't have insecurity issues to the point that I look for acceptance and identity in my blog, it is gratifying to know that others are enjoying something that I have put time and effort into creating. Do you have any suggestions for me? I'm open to them. Please feel free to leave a comment or e-mail me directly at the address on the sidebar.

I for one like the varietty of pictures, though categories would be a welcome addition! I think the ones like the swim team picture at top are very cute, but little more 'saucy' once in awhile is fun too! Wow what a wonderful gallery today! :-)

Yeah, I think there is a place for some nudity or even sexual activity in the pictures. I don't want this just to be a porn site, but the purpose of the site is to appreciate the beauty of Asian men, and there is undoubtedly artistic beauty even in sexual encounters. I will just have to be thoughtful in my approach to those situations. Glad you like the pictures today!

I think one of the reasons I am often attracted to Asian guys is that very reason. They are sensual, beautiful, worldly....sometimes I swear if I see one more bland Abercrombie jock midwestern white guy, I'll turn straight! Interestingly, when I find a white guy who actually has a bit of depth to him, I am very attracted to him, probably as much because he stands out among his peers.
I hope I don't sound over-critical of white guys (seeing that I am one); in fact, my first boyfriend was white, and I think very highly of him to this day. I'm just speaking of those who have not traveled more than 25 miles from their homes except for a trip to Vegas or Disney, and yet seem to think themselves to be people upon whom it is everyone else's undeserved privilege to gaze.
